Med Coast Exclusives is a friendly, family-run agency offering a personalised and professional service for anyone looking for a future dream home on Spain's Costa Calida.

With over 10 years’ experience in international property sales, you can be confident that we will help you find a property that is right for you - not just what we want to sell!

Our job is to help you get the most out of your property search, at your own pace, without the pressure of some of the larger property agencies on the market. We ourselves are independent Estate Agents - not Promoters, so do not offer the “3 day make your mind up quick trips”.

At Med Coast Exclusives SL we aim to satisfy all our clients by offering a fully integrated and seamless first-rate service that combines all of the aspects necessary to purchase your property abroad. Coordinating the whole buying process, providing a single point of contact for you, from finding the right property through to local lawyers and mortgage advisers, inspection visits and currency brokers.

You can choose how much or little of our input and support you feel you need. You might like us to look after everything for you, or perhaps you prefer to oversee the whole process yourself.

We are only ever a phone call or email away.

Inspection Visits

An inspection visit is not a holiday, it is designed for SERIOUS BUYERS and although we want you to have fun and enjoy the visit we would also remind you that the purpose is to view properties, and meet with solicitors. It is therefore not really suitable for small children, (however we do realise that in some cases this may be unavoidable).

Our dedicated team will endeavour to give you full support & guidance throughout your visit ensuring that you go away feeling that it has been a valuable, enjoyable experience without the pressure stress associated with other operators.

Here at Med Coast Exclusives we believe that if you are a serious buyer, then you will be prepared to cover the costs of the flights and discounted accommodation, which will of course be refunded in full should you Purchase.

You will be given a one on one professional friendly service from start to finish.

We will collect you from the airport and take you to your accommodation and then make an appointment to meet up with you the following day.

• We arrange transport from hotel to our offices and / or site visits
• We will also cover the costs of any meals whilst in our company for that particular day.
• We will listen carefully to your personal requirements and respect your wishes at all times. If you are not sure what you are looking for then we will try and point you in the right direction.
• We do not “pressure sell”. We want you to be satisfied
